Served customers in person as well as over the phone in order to help them with their desired medications.
Use computer system knowledge to add customer details and insurance information into their profiles within the Pharmacy System.

Rutherford County Schools Intern

Designed templates for commercial use for the RCS team.
Created informative calendars and schedules for student, teacher, and parental use.
Attended conferences and camps alongside site supervisor Ritchie Garland to conduct interviews and took photographs for press releases.
Communicated with Site Supervisors to complete needed work.
